What does our restoration
process look like?
Clean
During this process our team members will blow out your valleys and gutters with a blower and use high pressure cleaners to clean all your roof tiles and capping.
Re-Screwing
Our team members will then proceed to repoint all your ridge caps to create a fully sealed roof.
Painting
- Using only the best quality products, the team will apply 1 coat of sealer and 2 coats of paint to finish off the project.
- Terracotta’s don’t require to be painted, however if you are wanting to paint, we now have a product that allows us to do so! The team will apply 1 coat of sealer and 2 coats of paint to finish off the project

Re-Screwing
Over time screws tend to rust out and leave gaps in your roof, this process allows us to replace these screws with brand new ones so that a seal can be made on the roof sheets.
Painting
Using only the best quality products, the team will apply 1 coat of sealer and 2 coats of paint to finish off the project.
